TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Make & Do is a limited company offering contemporary craft workshops and parties at our retail space in Caversham, Reading. If you are visiting our website or shop and book a workshop, party or purchase a gift voucher then you are entering into a legal agreement and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. We hope you find our terms and conditions to be balanced and fair. Our purpose in writing them is to clarify our procedures and prevent misunderstanding and disappointment.

Booking a Workshop:
To book a workshop you can either use our website how to book page, telephone 0118 327 6717 or visit us at the shop. However you book some basic personal details will be required which will help us process your request and assist with developing and tailoring the workshop programme to our customers needs. We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and how we handle the information you provide is detailed in greater depth in our Privacy Policy.

Full payment is required at time of booking each workshop and this is non-refundable and non-transferable. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend you may of course allow another to take your place. But we ask that you provide us with their details by email or phone prior to the commencement of the workshop.

Cancellation of a Workshop:
Whilst we will do everything possible to avoid cancelling a workshop, unfortunately, emergencies do arise. In the unlikely event that a workshop cannot go ahead we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or transfer to another workshop. If that is not suitable then we will provide you with a full refund.

Booking a party:
We offer a wide and varied party programme from T-Shirt Printing to Jewellery making for all ages from 6+. We can accommodate upto 10 guests and the party will last approximately 90 minutes. A 50% deposit will be required on booking. Due to the individual nature of each party we ask you to contact us direct by email or phone or at the shop so we can discuss it and tailor the party to you.
